„Schönes Hotel in toller Lage mit grandiosen Ausblick

Die Lage ist einfach genial! Direkt am schönen Strand von Morro Jable. Das Hotel ist ruhig und gepflegt. Das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Im Bad gibt es wenig Ablagefläche. Das Mieten einer Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine kostet 48€ pro Woche. Das finde ich bei dem teuren Hotelpreis übertrieben und müsste eigentlich inclusive sein. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück ist nur mittelmäßig. Café Latte kostet 3€ extra. Bei der Halbpension gibt es Abendessen leider keine Getränke inclusive (auch kein Wasser).

Super Strandlage, hochmotiviertes Personal, sehr gut gestaltetes Buffet, Essen auf der Terrasse

Essenzeiten beim Dinner 18:00 - 20:00 ( hatten wir ) oder 20:00 - 22:00. (zu kalt) Um das hervorragende Buffet zu genießen, hätten wir gerne in aller Ruhe, an unserem zugewiesenen Essplatz mit Blick auf das Meer, länger gegessen. Die super Bedienungen müssen leider schon ab ca. 19:30 den kompletten Wechsel für die zweite Gruppe vorbereiten. Diese Reklementierung ist "old school" und für uns ein Grund das Hotel im Management stark abzuwerten. Urlaub bedeutet "sich fallen lassen" ohne zeitliche Vorgaben. Unterhaltungsprogramm na ja....

„wunderbar, sehr gerne wieder

Sehr gute Lage, sehr nettes Personal! Sehr gutes Buffet, morgens sowie abends. Snack-Karte am Tage auch wunderbar.

Wasserkocher und/oder Kaffeemaschine als Standard auf dem Zimmer wären schön gewesen, ging jedoch auch ein paar Tage ohne :)

What was the highlight of XQ El Palacete Hotel

„Hervorragendes Hotel in Bestlage mit außerordentlichem Service

In diesem Hotel war nahezu alles gut. Von der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption angefangen bis hin zu den Zimmermädchen, das Personal im Restaurant, wirklich alle super. Die Lage ist zu 100 % perfekt. Direkt oberhalb der schönen Strandpromenade ist man gleich im Geschehen, dennoch ist es im Zimmer ruhig. Und der Blick zum Strand, auf das Meer und -je nach Zimmerlage - rechterhand zum Ort oder linkerhand zur Düne sind e in Traum. Nicht zu vergessen aber das ausnahmslos hervorragende Frühstücks- und Abendbufett. Mich hat es ein wenig geärgert, dass man bei der Buchung gezwungen war, Halbpension zu buchen. Nach dem 1. Abend jedoch war ich froh, denn sonst wäre mir dieses fantastische Buffet wahrscheinlich entgangen. Jeden Tag etwas anderes zur reichhaltigen Auswahl, selbst sogar Kavier, zum Frühstück auch Sekt und Lachs und andere Leckereien. Ein Genuss. Dieses Hotel kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen in Morro Jable. Würde ich immer wieder wählen.

Es sollte dem Hotel ein Anliegen sein, dass die Wertsachen der Gäste sicher sind. Da muss man nicht noch 3 Euro Gebühr für die Nutzung des Safes verlangen, schon gar nicht bei dem Hotelpreis, denn billig ist das Hotel nicht. Das sollte das Hotel nicht nötig haben und in anderen Spitzenhotels gehört dies meisten auch zum Service. Die Möbel im Zimmer sind schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, es ist aber noch alles ordentlich und letztlich sind diese beiden Negativpunkte "Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau", von denen man sich nicht abhalten lassen sollte.

Lage zum Meer, Personal sehr freundlich, Betten sehr bequem

Für Vegetarier nicht allzu große Auswahl, und nach einer Woche wird das Essen auch für die Allesesser eher langweilig, keine Parkplätze wegen Baustelle am Haus, aber kaum Lärmbelästigung. Etwas nervige Stammkunden, die sich benehmen, als ob ihnen das Hotel gehört, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts

Ein herausragender Urlaub Gesucht und gefunden habe ich Sonne, Strand, Meer und ein phantastisches Hotel. Das Hotel liegt direkt am langen und feinsandigen Strand, das Meer ist kristallklar. Der Service im Hotel ist erstklassig, von der Reinigungskraft bis zum Hotelmanager sind alle freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ich hatte ein Premium Zimmer mit Nespresso Kaffeemaschine gebucht. Der großzügige Balkon war mit zwei bequemen Stühlen ausgestattet, deren Rückenlehnen sich sogar verstellen ließen. Jedes Zimmer hat Meerblick. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und das Abendessen hervorragend und immer gut abgeschmeckt. Sowohl morgens als auch abends war ein Koch vor Ort, der Eierspeisen bzw. Fisch und Fleisch wunschgemäß zubereitet hat. Es gab immer frisches Obst und sehr leckeren Nachtisch, Eis und Kuchen. Man kann zwischen zwei Essenszeiten wählen, entweder um 18:00 Uhr oder um 20:00 Uhr und man bekommt einen Tisch zugewiesen, den man dann die ganze Zeit über hat. Alle Mitarbeiter waren zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit und sind auf persönliche Wünsche eingegangen. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen für die aus meiner Sicht eher etwas ältere Generation.

„Top Lage direkt am Strand

Direkt am Strand gelegen, ausnehmend freundliches Personal (in allen Bereichen; vom Zimmermädchen über das Restaurant bis hin zur Bar… klasse!), gutes Frühstück und Abendessen.

Ein wenig abgewohnt, nur wenige Parkplätze, Zufahrtsstraße eng und nicht gerade sauber.

El alojamiento cuida todo al detalle, su personal es muy atento y te sientes como en casa. Las vistas son espectaculares y ha sido un acierto tener media pensión porque la comida está muy rica.

Inolvidable estancia en el hotel. Algún día repetiré. Enclave muy recomendable.

La estancia en el XQ El Palacete ha sido maravillosa. Todo el personal muy amable y con un trato exquisito. El primer día llegamos muy tarde al hotel... y como nuestra estancia tenía incluido desayuno y cena ...nos tenían reservada una mesa en el comedor con cena fría...todo un detalle. Las habitaciones tienen vistas al mar que dan una tranquilidad absoluta. A la hora de desayunar y cenar disfrutas de unas vistas espectaculares...un lugar muy romántico.

Que tuvieras que pagar el aparcamiento que estaba junto al hotel. Otra cosa que no me agradó fue la distribución de la habitación...nada mas entrar te encuentras con el baño.

The advantage is the hotel's location.

The location is great, with a direct view of the ocean and the beaches. The views are beautiful, and the pool and jacuzzi are excellent. The breakfast is very good, with fresh products.

The service was artificially nice. We had an unpleasant experience on the first day during breakfast. I didn’t know it was a premium table and we were asked to leave in an unkind manner. No one offered to move our plates and we were left feeling embarrassed. The hotel is old and the rooms need renovation. The acoustics are very poor – you can hear other guests snoring and chairs being moved. In the evening there is a strong smell of food on the terrace and it’s hard to relax because you have to hide from the smell of oil.

Very Good

The location was perfect, the hotel is nice and clean, breakfast and dinner are to die for, swimming pool , jacuzzi were heated.

Some of the staff are not as nice. They get overwhelmed during lunch hours - god forbid you want to order just a drink or have questions. Also, if you are not retired German , they will treat you differently. This hotel is just for relaxing/quiet retreat , don't expect anything else. Our bathroom got flooded during the first shower, and it took several trips to the reception to get it fixed the next day, not what you expect from 4* and the money you pay ( we were not offered to swap the room, not even small little compensation).

Relaxing, restorative and very welcoming hotel with charming staff set in the perfect location.

Location excellent, room overlooking the sea and the breakfast/dinner terrace were great. Buffet food on the whole good, plenty of choice. Fresh cooking station for fish and meat at dinner was excellent. Close to the most gorgeous beach and also a small number of bars and restaurants.

Good selection of food at buffet but some had been sitting out too long and/or was over cooked. Beds were 2 singles and I prefer a double and we had to ask for more comfortable pillows. Lacked a little atmosphere in the bar after dinner.
